I was honored to Photograph Kent and Robyn's wedding on Sat.  Kent an Robyn held their wedding at the Koehler Winery.  The Koehler winery is stunning, it is situated on a 100 acre estate that is planted with 67 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, Grenache, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Viognier. 

If you go tasting, buy a bottle of "Magia Nera."  it means "black magic" OMG AMAZING!. I was up with Robyn and Kent for a walk though a few months back,  since then I have ordered a case for the Holiday season.  Or for the endless hours I spend editing photographs.  LOL We will see if it makes it till thanksgiving.  =)

Now, you all know I LOVE shoes, but usually not mens shoes.  Check out these awesome boots Kent wore.  I love them next to Robyns' on the amazing wood floor!

Now I don't have this mans name yet.  But I will get it.  He is a friend of theirs and he wrote an original song for Kent and Robyn.  It was absolutely amazing!!!!!  I am going to try to get a copy for the slideshow.  I was blown away.



Robyn... I think everyone in attendance was feeling the same way after those vows ...... my eyes welled up.

Blast from the past! I did this trash the dress One year ago, its a techinal mess but fun!!!!!!!!!!

Trash the dress in the city baby :-)  This was 1 year ago, I really win the award for most kisses in a single day, good grief,  I am keeping chapstick in business. LOL BUT IT WAS A BLAST!!!!

I have been planning this shoot for over two years, Living in southern Ca unforgeable wildfires are a part of life, I envisioned a shoot with the burned hill sides Blacken from the fires with the delicate nature of a wedding dress. After the awful devastation of the tea fires, which hit not far from my home. I scoped the area in search of the perfect location. Watching the fires on TV is bad enough, but driving though the hills of Montecito and seeing the devastation first hand is quit another!!! It was so awful to see entire neighbors burned to the ground and others completely untouched. It was a literal game of roulette with the mother nature! The emotions one feel seeing home after home burn is quite an emotional event. My heart and prays goes out to the families who's life will be ever changed by the fires. I am truly so sorry for you tragic lost!!! I knew going into this shoot I would be walking a fine line between art and heart. After driving for hours though Montecito I found the perfect location a bared hillside with bushed scorned by the fires. After getting permission from the property owner we shot this amazing session of images.


Sunset was approaching quickly, and our time was up. We headed out and pass though a neighborhood completely leveled. This setting was too amazing to pass by with out taking a couple of shots.
