This rocks! the artist you are. Love the shadows and the nighttime feel. I am guessing that since you had daylight that helped hold the detail in the dress.

Thanks Papa. I shoot for the highlights when I shoot so that I do not blow them out. I learned to get the exposure right in the camera and bring up the shadows later. I actually did 3 images with different exposure settings like I use to do when I shot commercial. This ended up being an HDR merge of sorts.

Wow very emotional feeling you caught or created. I can feel the moonlight. I'm a novice so don't understand what you meant by adding an :"action" you made up. How did you bring up shadows later also? Thanks I'm trying to learn .

OH MY GOODNESS!! WOW!! Very elegant, peaceful and blessed! Just stunning! I am more of a low key tog. This is right up my alley. I know some togs would tell you its to dark. But their just not the artists we are! LOL!! Great Job!! Shannon

Description: A bridal portrait at the Morton Myerson symphony center in Dallas. Available light. ISO 320, F 5.6 at 125th of a second. Nikon 85 mm lens. I added an action in photoshop that I made up that turns my images into a film noir type feel. We are in broad daylight but I imagined it to be night & lit by moonlight in the final image.
